Christianity has always had to fight and strive to accomplish true growth. Many churches fail to recognize that Cyberspace is its own special and independent community. That community deserves the same opportunities for worship, friendship, and loving communication as does the actual group of people in a church "building."
Masada Christian Church is a non-denominational church and we welcome all who believe in Christ, and all who don't, (please view our Statement of Faith and Beliefs Section), we hope to reach people throughout the world who may be unable to attend atraditional church services such as we know them to be here in America!
It is our intention to hold both online and offline services for any and all people who wish to join them for friendship and communion, to hear the mesages and teachings of Christ, or learn how to be a servant, teacher, and a
FREE Ordained Minister for the Lord (
John 15:16).
Many mainstream churches, especialy the smaller ones, are spending much of their time begging people for tithes and offerings in order to pay the rent on their church building or land and not enough time celebrating and sharing the joy, hope, and peace of Salvation through Christ Jesus.
We believe that Tithes and Offerings should be given out of love and dedication to the Lord Jesus (and to our Father, Almighty God) by mature Christians who truly understand and desire to follow the principle of sowing and reeping, as well as sincerely desiring to help and support their church. But , poeple should not be coerced into "giving" due to feelings of guilt and unworthiness forced on them by their leaders.
Of course, we do hope you will want to help support us in this church and its work. We would prefer it to be in whatever manner the Spirit of God puts on your heart after you have prayed about it -- whether it be financial support, prayer for us and our work, letters and comments of support, purchases from our Bookstore, or enrollment in our Educational Training Center.
However, as we understand our duties as minsters (servants) of God and His Word, it is US that must dutifully serve you and your needs . . . we will be doing so via prayer for all who ask, communication and e-mail updates when requested, Discussion Boards and conversations intended to foster growth, as well as with our website and all it offers.
This website is a new and exciting part of that service for us, and we want YOU to make it your site -- a place where you feel helped, encouraged, loved, and honored as a special person created in the Image of a loving, wonderful, and Holy God!
As a caution, ALL are welcome. However, we WILL NOT tolerate hate talk, verbal abuse, flaming, or any other form of behavior that belittles or harms another human being regardless of race, creed, sexuality, nationality, beliefs or expressions of ideas or concerns. This is a Christian HOME filled with family-- let's keep it clean and beautiful, polite and loving, at all times.
May God Bless each of you with a deep peace and much happiness as you tour our site and (hopefully!) become a part of our church and/or ministering efforts.
Thank you,
In HIS Service,
Rev. John M. Mullins and Rev. M. Colleen Mullins,
along with the MCC Board Members & Volunteers
